Despite the name, we are not part of the Government of Alberta: we are not a government office, not Alberta Corporate Registry, and not an Alberta registry agent. Our CORES-trained agents prepare your filing and submit it through a licensed Alberta registry agent, [Partner registry agent name]. Our prices are total fees: the government fee, consultation, preparation and filing are included, and prices are before GST.

Accuracy and changes
We check the facts on this site against Alberta.ca, the Registry agent product catalogue and each professional regulator's published rules, and we record the date we last checked at the bottom of each page. Rules, fees and processing times change. Where a fact is awaiting confirmation it is marked on the page. If you find something out of date, tell us at [email protected] and we will correct it.
Government fees and third-party timelines
Government fees are set by the Government of Alberta and are included in our prices. Processing times quoted for Corporate Registry and for regulators (for example CPSA, CDSA, the Law Society of Alberta, CPA Alberta and APEGA) are those bodies' published or typical times and are outside our control.
Registry decisions
Corporate Registry, not ACS, decides whether a name is accepted or a filing is registered. We review every package before filing to reduce the chance of rejection, and we tell you before filing if we think something will be refused.
