Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of albertacorporateservices.ca and any order you place with Alberta Corporate Services ("ACS"), operated by MRP Corporate Services ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them.
1. What we do
We prepare documents and submit filings to Alberta Corporate Registry through a licensed Alberta registry agent, and to regulators and government agencies as described on each service page. We are a private company. We are not a government office, not a registry agent, and not a law firm or accounting firm. We do not give legal, tax or accounting advice.
2. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete, that you are authorised to act for the business named in the order, and that you have any regulator approval that your profession requires before we file. Errors in the information you supply may delay or prevent a filing; see the Refund Policy for what happens then.
3. Prices and payment
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars and are total fees: the government fee, consultation, preparation and filing are included, along with any third-party fee stated; GST is added at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. Government fees may change without notice; if a fee increases between your order and our filing, we will tell you before proceeding [LEGAL REVIEW].
4. Timelines
"Same business day" and other timing statements apply to complete, error-free orders received before 3:00 pm MT on a business day (Alberta). Regulator and government processing times are outside our control.
5. Registry and regulator decisions
Acceptance of names and filings is decided by Corporate Registry and by regulators. We review every package to reduce the risk of rejection but cannot guarantee acceptance.
6. Documents and delivery
Filed documents are delivered by email as PDFs to the address on your order. Printed materials, where ordered, are shipped to the address you provide. You are responsible for keeping copies.
7. Agent for service and address services
Where you appoint us as agent for service, the service runs for the term you paid for and renews only if you renew it. We forward documents received to your email within one business day. You must keep your contact details current with us [LEGAL REVIEW: add termination and liability terms].
8. Limitation of liability

10. Governing law
