What each status means

| Received | Your payment went through and the order is in our queue. A confirmation email with your order number is on its way. | Within minutes of checkout |
| Under review | A CORES-trained agent is checking every detail before anything goes to the registry. If something is missing or does not match, we email or call you, and the order waits for your reply. | Same business day for orders received before 3:00 pm MT |
| Filed | The filing has been submitted through our licensed Alberta registry agent and accepted by Corporate Registry. For a professional corporation, the regulator's approval comes first and takes its own time; CPSA, for example, processes within 15 business days. | Same business day for complete orders received before 3:00 pm MT; regulator time is separate |
| Documents sent | Your certificate, filed documents and resolutions have been emailed as PDFs. Printed supplies such as minute books and seals show a courier tracking number here. | PDFs the same day as filing; printed supplies ship within 5–7 business days |
Searches and certificates skip the Filed stage and move from Under review straight to Documents sent.
If a status has not moved
Call (403) XXX-XXXX (Mon–Fri 8:00–6:00 MT) or email [email protected] with your order number, and we reply within one business hour on weekdays. Orders placed after 3:00 pm MT, on weekends or on Alberta statutory holidays are reviewed the next business morning.
ACS is a private company. We are not a government office or an Alberta registry agent. Our CORES-trained agents prepare your filing and submit it through a licensed Alberta registry agent. Prices are total fees, government fee included, before GST.
