Partner With Us – Corporate Filings for Accounting and Law Firms
Corporate filing services for accountants in Alberta should be precise, documented and repeatable: one account for every client corporation, filings reviewed by a CORES-trained agent, and the filed documents back in your inbox as minute-book-ready PDFs within the hour of confirmation.
Corporate filing services for accountants in Alberta: what you can file
Every Alberta corporate filing goes through CORES, the Corporate Registry System run by Service Alberta, via a licensed registry agent. ACS is a private company. Our CORES-trained agents prepare each filing and submit it through [Partner registry agent name], a licensed Alberta registry agent. We are not a government office or a registry agent.
From one account you can instruct:
- Incorporations: Articles of Incorporation, Notice of Address, Notice of Directors and Notice of Agent for Service, named or numbered, with the Alberta NUANS report reviewed for conflicts before filing.
- Professional corporations for CPSA, CDSA, Law Society of Alberta and CPA Alberta members, with the regulator's approval or endorsement obtained in the order that profession requires.
- Annual returns, including bulk annual return filing across your client list, each confirming directors, addresses and the top five shareholders.
- Changes: Notice of Directors, Notice of Address and Notice of Agent for Service, and Articles of Amendment for name and share-structure changes.
- Dissolutions and revivals, including all outstanding annual returns a revival requires.
- Searches: corporate profile reports, certificates of status and certified copies of articles.
- Extra-provincial registrations for federal, BC and Ontario corporations carrying on business in Alberta.
How the firm account works
- Client list. Each client corporation sits under your firm account with its registered office, directors, agent for service and anniversary month on record, so nothing is re-typed for the next filing.
- Filings and receipts. Every order shows the total fees and GST, with our GST registration number, and every receipt is issued in the client's name for your disbursement records.
- PDFs within the hour. When Corporate Registry confirms a filing, the certificate, the filed documents and the receipt are emailed to the address you set for that client.
- Audit trail. Each filing records who instructed it, when it was reviewed, when it was submitted and when the registry confirmed it.
Documents formatted for the minute book
Filed documents come back as clean, complete PDFs, one per instrument, named by corporation, document and filing date, ready to be printed or filed in the digital minute book. Certified copies, where the lender or purchaser insists on them, are ordered as a search product and delivered the same way. A digital minute book with registers and organizational resolutions is available as an add-on for new incorporations.
Turnaround commitments for registry services for law firms and CPA firms

Where a package is incomplete, you hear from a named agent the same day with the exact item missing, not a generic rejection.
Partner pricing for corporate services for CPA firms and law firms
Firms filing for several clients receive partner pricing. There are no numbers on this page because the schedule depends on your volume and mix; ask for it and we will send it the same day. The government fee is always included in the price.
Authority to file
Before we act on a corporation, we keep a signed client authorization letter on file naming your firm as authorized to instruct filings. Documents that need a director's or incorporator's signature, such as Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Amendment or Articles of Revival, are still signed by that person, and incorporations still require the incorporator's valid ID.
Who to talk to
[Agent name], CORES-trained filing agent, handles firm accounts. Call (403) XXX-XXXX (Mon–Fri 8:00–6:00 MT) or email [email protected] with "firm account" in the subject line, and you will hear back within one business hour on weekdays.
Frequently asked questions
Can we file on behalf of clients without them creating accounts?
Yes. Your firm holds one account, you add each client corporation to it, and your clients never need to log in. We keep a signed client authorization letter on file for each corporation you instruct us on, and for incorporations we still need the incorporator's valid ID.
How do you send filed documents?
As PDFs by email within the hour of Corporate Registry's confirmation: the certificate, the filed articles or notices, and the receipt showing the total fees and GST, with our GST registration number. Certified copies are available on request as a separate search product.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Firms that file for several clients receive partner pricing; ask for the current schedule. Every receipt shows the total fees and GST, government fee included.
What authorization do you need from our client?
A signed client authorization letter naming your firm as authorized to instruct filings for the corporation, which we keep on file. Where a filing needs a signature from a director or the incorporator, such as Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Amendment, the signed document itself is still required.
