Pricing

Every price on this site is total fees: one price with the government fee, consultation, preparation and filing included, shown before you start, with no required add-ons. GST (5%) is added at checkout.

How our pricing works

  • One total for each service. The price includes the government fee, consultation, preparation by a CORES-trained agent and filing through a licensed Alberta registry agent. Nothing is added at the registry.
  • GST is added at checkout. GST is 5% in Alberta, and your receipt shows it on its own line with our GST registration number, 721680627 RT0001. There is no PST.
  • No required add-ons. The price shown is the price of a complete filing. Optional extras, such as a printed minute book or an agent for service, are listed at the bottom of this page.
  • Regulator fees are separate. Professional corporations pay their college directly. For example, the CDSA charges $400 to incorporate a dental professional corporation, and a new APEGA Permit to Practice application is $495.25 plus GST. Each profession's page lists what applies.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars, before GST.
  • If a filing cannot proceed, we tell you why and what happens next. Our refund policy sets out how fees are handled.

What does Alberta incorporation cost?

An Alberta corporation costs $498 + GST in total fees, named or numbered, including the government fee, consultation, preparation and filing, or $522.90 with GST. A named corporation also needs an Alberta NUANS report (a name search that reserves your name for 90 days), $68 + GST including a conflict review by a trained agent. A numbered company skips the report. Add your minute book when you incorporate for $389 + GST.

For the full breakdown, including what a corporation costs each year afterward, read how much it costs to incorporate in Alberta.

What is optional

  • Minute book. Not required to incorporate, but banks, lenders and your accountant will ask for it. Added to a new incorporation, $389 + GST; for an existing corporation, $484 + GST. To have your prepared minute book printed in a tabbed binder and couriered to you, add $106 + GST.
  • Agent for service. Every Alberta corporation must appoint one — an individual located in Alberta. You only need ours if you have no one in Alberta to appoint: $455 + GST for the first year when you add it to a new registration, or $566 + GST a year on its own.
  • Rush handling. Complete orders received before 3:00 pm MT are already filed the same business day.

Frequently asked questions

Are government fees included in your prices?

Yes. Every price is total fees for the service, with the government fee, consultation, preparation and filing included, so there is nothing to add at the registry. GST (5%) is added at checkout, and your receipt shows it with our GST registration number.

Are there any hidden fees or required add-ons?

No. The price shown is the price for a complete filing, plus GST. Optional extras such as a printed minute book or an agent for service are listed separately, and you choose them or not; regulator fees for professional corporations are paid to your college and listed on each profession's page.

What if my filing is rejected?

A CORES-trained agent reviews every order before it is filed, so problems are caught before they reach the registry. If Corporate Registry does reject a filing, we tell you why, fix what can be fixed and refile; how fees are handled is set out in our refund policy.

Do you offer pricing for accounting or law firms?

Yes. Firms filing for several clients get partner pricing through a partner account, with one log-in for every client and filed documents delivered as PDFs. We do not publish the schedule on the site; ask us for it.
